DESCRIPTION: 14-foot high by 18-foot by 10-foot polished stainless sheet steel and painted steel pipe sculpture, surrounded by pavement embedded with colored glass and aggregate, and with external in-ground p.m. lighting
Sujin Lim's sculpture symbolically strives to represent the importance of the water cycle and to connect "the stories of clouds, rain, and water as essential elements of nature." The City of Santa Clarita paired Lim's sculpture installation with "River of Lights," an extensive public art lighting installation of nearly 200 LED path lights that surround Lim's sculpture and continue south toward and up the 172-step Central Park Stairs.
