Sullivan's two murals are painted on the east and west sides of this "stealth" cell tower structure designed to look like an old water tower. In 2025 the tower and its murals serve as landmarks for the new Pomona North Station, currently the terminus of the Metro A Line (Gold Line), and the station's public artwork Hall of Gratitude by Stephen Farley.
