"Tomorrow's Present" (2007) by Todd Frahm

DESCRIPTION: 18,000-pound, 44-inch high by 116-inch by 48-inch limestone sculpture


This sculpture is from a 19,000-pound limestone block from an Indiana quarry. It was commissioned by Fullerton College Dean of Fine Arts Robert Jensen, and was completed in February 2007 while Frahm was artist-in-residence. Frahm carved the piece in public at its site.
This sculpture has also been referred to as "The Hand" sculpture.
