This 11½-foot sculpture designed by Okulick and fabricated by Ben-Artzi is a vertical "screen" or panel of harbor and ship images below a navigational sky of star and satellite images. Underneath, the tinted concrete pavement displays a propeller design.
Angels Beacon is adjacent to the Joe Hill - I.W.W. Monument.
