Palm Springs has one of the largest collections of public art in Southern California, if not in the United States, with more than 80 installations throughout the city. This sculpture was one of four permanent public artworks coordinated and installed on World Art Day, April 15, 2026 at Palm Springs parks (Desert Highland Park, Victoria Park, Gateway Park, Baristo Park). From the artist: "Shapes and Sizes represents the sameness we all share, while acknowledging our differences like color gradients, physical shape, and hair. " (bendesigned [Instagram])
