DESCRIPTION:  11-foot high by 17-foot long, 7-panel, bronzed stucco and ceramic bas relief mural

This bas relief work presents seven separate vignettes depicting town history, the founding of the Los Rios Historic District, and the San Juan Capistrano area’s vaqueros cattle drivers.  It includes images of the Portolá  Expedition (circa 1769) and the villages of Acjachemen and Putuidem.
Sculptor Randy Morgan received assistance on this work from Stephen Rios and Matt Belardes.  It was dedicated July 15, 2021.
