DESCRIPTION:  30-foot building-mounted aluminum, steel and fiberglass kinetic sculpture, with a kinetic "kicking leg" component

After years of being inoperative due to mechanical and noise problems, the "kicking leg" component of this whimsical and iconic Venice Beach sculpture was restored in May 2014 to produce a very slow movement at hourly intervals between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
