DESCRIPTION:
This sculpture includes a dedication plaque to the memory of Kelly Long (1963-2017) and Kristin Holloway (1969-2017).
- pole-mounted painted aluminum panels depicting native wild flowers (lupine, Indian paintbrush, coreopsis, desert globe mallow, Joshua tree);
- etched and stained circular concrete base indicating solstice and equinox sunrise and sunset directions, and astronomic and magnetic north
