DESCRIPTION:   5,760-square foot acrylic paint mural 
This mega-mural's central image is the portrait of a woman developed from Fairey's "We the People" poster series for the first Women's March in early 2017.  Surrounding the portrait image is an agitprop collage of text and images on the subject of immigration.  Bold phrases on the mural include "Welcome Visitors," "The American Dream," "People Power," and "Fragile," as well as the mural's title "Defend Dignity.
This mural was sponsored in part by Branded Arts.  Fairey considered the mural completed on November 8, 2019.
