Damin Lujan (AKA Zaoone), with Richard Romeros and Oliver Cortez Velasquez

DESCRIPTION:  approx. 4 to 6-foot high by 300-foot long acrylic paint mural

This park mural extends along the full 300-foot length of Anaheim's Little People's Park and varies in height from approximately 4 feet to 6 feet.  Its title is derived from the "Little People's Park" words against a backdrop of birds, flowers, and images of a young woman, and it serves as both public art and park identification signage.
The work was commissioned by the City of Anaheim in August, 2023 in celebration of Chicano Heritage Month, and pays tribute to the historic1978 chicano mural "Memories of the Past, Images of the Present" by Emigdio Vasquez, directly across the street.
