Watts and Tann's painted concrete sculpture is said to have been inspired by the style of Henry Moore. The the sculpture reclines on a "bed" of ceramic mosaic mimicking Sabato (Simon) Rodia's "outsider art" or "art brut" style. [The artist Bill Watts is not to be confused with the professional wrestler "Cowboy" Bill Watts.]
