DESCRIPTION:Station art consisting of 27 canopy-mounted cast iron faces
Artist Rob Neilson's larger-than-life face castings were based on images of 27 people from the Pico/Aliso neighborhood, and are displayed as a collection attached to the platform canopy. Artist's Statement:“The design is intended to reference windows of a passing train and the faces peering out at us. Are the faces looking out at us or are we looking in at them?”
