The Founders Monument, erected in the Founders Plaza, serves as the gateway to the Heritage Springs Sculpture Garden and graphically illustrates the history and geology of Santa Fe Springs. The cast bronze pavement medallion covering the City's time capsule includes the image of the City Seal.
