DESCRIPTION: 10-foot by 10-foot by 3-foot deep, 2-sided, kinetic neon sign sculpture, mounted on a 10-foot pole
This neon work was designed as rotating signage in 1990 by Wilson Ong for the Collar & Leash pet store, formerly on Santa Monica Boulevard. When the store closed in 2020, the business owners donated the sign as a public artwork for the City of West Hollywood's Urban Art Program collection. The newly-installed rotating piece serves as a place marker for the Sunset Blvd. entrance to William S. Hart Park which includes an off-leash dog area.
