DESCRIPTION: three sculpture and fountain installations in two gated courtyards of the LUCÉ Apartment complex:
Davis' ELEMENTS series of connected public artworks reflects local environmental conditions and minimal esthetics, as well as the area's local history and culture - specifically, the 19th century Wintersburg Village, and the Furuta Family goldfish and flower farm. - Wintersburg/Furuta Fish Pond: approx. 8-foot high by 18-inch wide by 6-inch deep mosaic sculpture with gold fish images; approx. 4-foot high by 3-foot wide glass box sculpture with internal lighting; oblong sculptural pool
- Replenish+Restore-Onyx: approx. 8-foot wide by 20-foot long concrete pool/fountain containing large granite boulders and 3 submerged light boxes, and edged with stone and wood seating with 3 bench-mounted light boxes
- Rain/Double Fall: approx. 10-foot high by 18-inch by 18-inch stone tile and steel sculpture with internal lighting
