Rosie's Dog Beach

Beach Art for Doggies:  Long Beach's famous dog beach now has brightly colored dog silhouette sculptures, "Dogs at Play" by artist Karena Massengill.  Installed earlier this year to replace the 3.8 acre beach park's cone boundary markers, Massengill's concept of 3/8" powder-coated plate steel sculptures won the state-wide public art competition.
