DESCRIPTION:  35-foot high painted stainless steel tube kinetic water sculpture

This kinetic sculpture and fountain uses curved steel tubes to support and funnel water to four swinging steel tube "arms" that rise and dip with the cyclical water pressure.  It faces a downtown Palm Springs intersection and has a stepped concrete seating and viewing area for visitors not afraid of getting wet.
