108-foot by 110-foot suspended kinetic sculpture of an 85-feet high and 90-feet wide net of colored fiber braided with UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), designed with an LED lighting program visible at dusk/dark
